The staff was always smiling and very helpful. The room had reachable outlets and a clean bathroom. A big shopping mall was near the hotel. It was a short walk from the closest metro station. I also appreciated that the area was calm and peaceful.
The walls in the rooms were thin so I could hear noises from other rooms. The soundproofing could be better. This made it difficult to rest sometimes. This is the only real issue I encountered.

Staff members were courteous. Some staff was very helpful with directions. Anastacia was especially great in helping to reserve transport to the airport. I had no problems .

The hotel location is near a bus line. This bus line makes it easy to see the sights. The area felt safe. The neighborhood around the hotel was quiet. Several restaurants were nearby.
